Specialising in carbon fibre and fibreglass, Ariba Team is skilled at designing and producing all manner of high-performance products for the automotive, high performance sport & leisure, marine, roofing and transport industries, amongst others.

Consultancy

Ariba Team boasts a wealth of experience and track record in the design and production of high-quality composite material products. From Olympic-winning cycles (but not the cyclists, of course!) to the production of an innovative can-catching solution for the London Underground and safety-critical equipment for the RNLI, we have the skills and expertise to offer a winning solution to your specific requirements, every time.

Design

Starting from a simple sketch, or set to work with your exact specifications to-hand, Ariba Team have the know-how, experience and vision to see where things are heading and ensure a successful result every time. We guarantee we can offer a solution to any design issue or challenge. And if we aren’t able to assist, then we will put you in touch with one of our partner companies.

Plug Work

Ariba Team’s plugs are built to your exact specification. Our technical team is able to design and build a mould according to your specifications or if you have an existing product, we can pull a "plug" from it and use the plug to create a mould and produce identical parts from that plug.

Mould Construction

Ariba Team’s mould and plug development and production procedure is carefully carried out by hand with immense attention to detail ensuring the quality of the finish against which the mould release agent will lie. Ariba team is experienced in the construction of moulds of varying complexity and as such, the cost of your project will vary. We encourage you to pop in and discuss your project with us in closer detail before a formal quotation is provided. Alternatively, you may require nothing more than the production of a simple mould, which we are more than happy to assist with.

Production

No matter how diverse your needs, be they automotive, marine, high performance sport or transport, to name a few, Ariba Team can offer you the full Ariba Experience from prototype design through to product development, technical support and the provision of ongoing supplies. Ariba Team is specialist in Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), a process where the resin is injected or drawn into a mould from a homogeniser under low pressure. The mould can be made from composites for low production cycles or with aluminum or steel for larger production. Our team of skilled engineers run a fully equipped workshop capable of taking a wide range of products, in varying quantities, from design through to finished product.
